While there have been issues to resolve for a small group of our users everyone who has an active annual support and upgrade subscription and all one-time upgrade purchasers have been sent their software updates.

Not sure if you have an annual support and upgrade subscription? Visit our online support center, log in and click the "My Organization" menu option. Your annual support subscription status along with other important information about your eRAMP software license will be displayed. While there please update any organization information that is missing or incorrect. For items you cannot change please submit a ticket with the correct information and a support staff member will get back to you right away.

In addition to releasing version 10 we also added a new section to our website called Cyberlink University. Cyber U is a page with new training videos featuring Amy. Amy adds a more active touch to a basic training video. Amy will literally walk you through using various features of eRAMP.
