We're emailing all eRAMP customers to remind you, if you have not started testing your eRAMP software with MERS ICE Data Center please start testing immediately!

Here at Cyberlink Software Solutions, Inc. we've tested eRAMP version 10.8 and above using Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. Windows 7 is not recommended and should be upgraded to Windows 10 prior to testing. All testing including SFTP batch processing for Registration, Transfer of Rights, other batch processing transaction types and XML Online Registration have been successfully tested. With only changes to the SFTP Host IP Address and URL for Online Registration from eRAMP's Settings>Client screen files were successfully submitted to the new MERS ICE Data Center. eRAMP does not require an update to be able to submit transactions to the new ICE Data Center.

We cannot stress this enough; all eRAMP users should have started or should start testing by submitting loans to MERS ICE Data Center Immediately. If you have questions or would like our assistance please submit a ticket from our online Client Resource Center at https://www.oncyberlink.com/client-resource/.

Thank you,

eRAMP Customer Support

Looking Ahead: MERS® Systems Migration Weekend Sept. 14–16

The window to complete MERS® Systems migration testing is closing as we prepare to move our data center on September 14–16, 2018.

As stated in prior communications, we are scheduled to complete migration testing by June 29, 2018.  If your organization needs to ensure its continued access to the MERS® Systems after our migration to the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) Data Center in September, and you haven’t already completed testing, please contact the ICE migration team at mers.support@theice.com as soon as possible.  We would like to thank those MERS® System Members who have completed testing and are prepared to make a successful transition.

Looking ahead… we will offer a webinar on various dates that will outline our migration weekend schedule and discuss hotline information that will provide Members with status updates throughout migration weekend.  In the meantime, we encourage your organization to consider and plan for the following migration milestones:

  • MERS® Systems blackout period: September 1–25, 2018. We will not perform non-standard transactions (e.g. work orders, custom reports) during the blackout period.
  • MERS® Systems offline period: September 13–16, 2018. The MERS® Systems will not be available for inquiry or transaction processing during the offline period. We will contact your organization if we need to re-schedule reports (e.g. MRE) or other activities currently scheduled to run during the offline period.

Please ensure your MERS® System contacts are up to date so you receive upcoming announcements and time-sensitive information. And remember, you can get the latest information about the migration any time by visiting the MERS® System Migration to ICE page on our Member website.

If you have any questions about the migration process, please contact the ICE migration team at mers.support@theice.com or (770) 999-4549.
